These terms govern your use of the applications and website provided by Atlas Foundry LLC (“Atlas Foundry”, “we”). By using our software you agree to them.
Using our software
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our applications for their intended purpose. You agree not to reverse engineer them, resell access to them, or use them to break the law or to interfere with the service for others.
Your content
Content you enter into our applications remains yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to store and display it back to you as part of providing the service. You are responsible for the content you enter.
Accounts
Where an application offers an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Purchases and subscriptions
Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple, and refunds and cancellations are handled under Apple’s terms rather than ours.
Availability
We aim to keep our software available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we practically can.
Warranties
Our software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Foundry is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our software.
Termination
You may stop using our software at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
